What better way to get your business noticed than to have your logo on your shirt or hat? We have a whole range of processes that we can use to put your logo on knit caps, beanies, baseball caps, sweatshirts, jackets, t-shirts (both long and short sleeved), and even gloves! Here’s how we can do it with embroidery, screen printing, digital printing, dye sublimation, and fashion film. Though embroidery is definitely our favorite!
When you place your logo apparel order, we jump into action! We take the logo file you provide and we digitize it so that the machines can understand it! This is especially important for the embroidery machines! We have our own in house digitizer with our co-owner Mike. But wait, you say, I don’t have a logo! No problem! Mike is a man of many talents and with his graphic art certificate, he is also our in house designer! Let’s talk!
I am often asked how big, or small, your logo can be. With all processes, we can only go down to about 5 mm. That’s about 1/5th of a inch! We can go up to over 15” and everywhere in between. Though I will say it all depends on which process we are using!
What colors can you use to embroider your logo? Our machines have 16 needles, so we can embroider a design with as many as 16 different colors! Right now we have over 800 different colors of thread to choose from!
Embroidered logos can last 75-90 washes! We use polyester thread because it is durable and stands up to washing well! We just have a couple of suggestions for taking care of your embroidered garments!
