Do you know the old saying, “April showers bring May flowers?” I think whoever created that saying was just trying to make us feel better when it was raining in the spring. But it is true – spring showers do in fact bring on the rainbow of colors that make spring feel a little more exciting.
But, who wants to get wet when you’re out and about? Not us, for sure. That’s why years ago, we started looking into how we could add some personalization to a basic raincoat.
And you know what? We did figure it all out! And the answer was patches and a special sealant. Now, you don’t really need to know anything about the sealant other than it keeps the rain on the outside of your jacket even after we poke a bunch of holes in it.
Plus! Raincoats don’t have to just be for the spring. You could live in the Pacific Northwest like our blog writer (Very wet Hi!) or you could go on vacation to Ketchikan, Alaska where it rains more days than it doesn’t.
